OPTOMAN’s IBS-coated GTI Mirrors are designed to introduce precise negative Group Delay Dispersion (GDD) through resonant interference, making them essential for dispersion control in ultrafast laser systems. Such mirrors operate on the Gires–Tournois interferometer principle, where dispersion is achieved by interference between a partial reflector and a highly reflective back layer within the mirror structure. This design enables strong, angle-dependent dispersion while maintaining high reflectivity.

These mirrors are optimized for Yb:YAG I harmonic operation at 1030 nm and a 0-10° angle of incidence, offering high reflectivity and consistent performance with GDD value at -600 fs^2.
