OPTOMAN’s Ultrafast IBS-coated Dichroic Mirrors are designed to provide precise wavelength separation, while maintaining high LIDT and minimal Group Delay Dispersion (GDD) for preserving pulse duration and handling high peak intensity of femtosecond and picosecond laser systems.

This harmonic separator is optimized for reflecting 195 - 201 nm DUV region at a 45° angle of incidence, and transmitting 261 - 267 nm, providing precise wavelength separation for ultrashort laser pulses.
