These high-power 515 nm dielectric mirrors are essential beam-steering elements in frequency-doubled Yb-based laser systems, enabling stable routing of green femtosecond and picosecond pulses while preserving beam quality. They are widely integrated into high-average-power micromachining and beam-delivery layouts to guide the 515 nm beam. Their ultra-low absorption coatings, high LIDT, and resistance to coating fatigue support reliable long-term operation in demanding green-beam paths where standard mirrors become the limiting component.
