This dichroic mirror is placed directly after the 1030-343 nm THG crystal to reflect the generated 257 nm UV beam while transmitting the residual 515 nm and 1030 nm components. It enables compact, efficient separation of UV machining beams from their pump wavelengths. Non-Degrading coating ensures the laser source power doesn't drop over time.

This mirror can be used for Yb:YAG based ultrafast laser systems, such as:

This filter is optimized for reflecting 257 nm at a 45° angle of incidence and transmitting 515 nm and 1030 nm. With reflectance for IV harmonic and transmittance for I and II harmonics, this filter is optimized for Yb:YAG based ultrafast laser systems.
